RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Size Chart in Product Images: The size chart is provided in the product images. Customers are instructed to check their size against this chart before placing their order. It's emphasised that size issues won't be considered for item return, indicating that customers need to ensure they're ordering the correct size.
Return Policy: The return policy seems strict. Customers are informed that if they encounter size issues or any other problems with the item, they will not receive a refund. Additionally, customers are required to bear the cost of return shipping, which amounts to Rs.120. This cost will be deducted from any potential refund.
Unboxing Video Requirement: Customers are requested to record an unboxing video from all 360 angles when they receive their package. This video serves as proof in case of damage claims. It's emphasised that the video should be recorded in clear lighting to ensure visibility.
Time Limit for Returns: Customers have a window of 5 days from the date they received the item to request a refund or exchange. If this time frame has passed, refunds or exchanges won't be offered.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet certain criteria:
- It must be unused and in the same condition as when the customer received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Exempted Goods: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials.
- Flammable liquids or gases.
Conditions for Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to the store's error are not eligible for refunds.
Items returned more than 5 days after receipt are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, the customer will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to the original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds: If the customer hasn't received the refund yet, they are advised to check their bank account, contact their credit card company, and contact their bank. If the issue persists, they should contact the store via email.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges: Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Minor color or design variations from the product photograph on the website are not eligible for exchange. The store will dispatch the order only if they have the exact product as ordered by the customer; otherwise, the order will not be shipped.
Gifts: If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a gift credit upon returning the item.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. The time for exchanged products to reach the customer may vary depending on their location.
