SHIPPING POLICY

Courier Partners: Trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, etc., are used for shipping the products.

Domestic Delivery Time: Delivery time may vary depending on the location, typically ranging from 2 to 7 days.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any condition.

Order Processing Time: After payment verification, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship the order. Processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am IST will be shipped out on the next business day. Orders placed after 11 am IST on Saturday will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

- Availability: Customers have the option to pay via Cash on Delivery for their purchases.
- Additional Charge: There's a nominal additional charge of Rs.49/- for all COD orders below Rs.799/-
- Purpose of Charge: This charge covers the extra handling and processing associated with the COD payment method.
